Situated just to the east of Vermilion Bay, the parish is often referred to as “the most Cajun location on the planet”. Their standard fare includes down home cooking with familiar meat and seafood entrées and desserts. Boiled crawfish is available each year during season (January – June), every day except Sunday and Monday.
